Training with Lionpaw

[Wolvine]

Silverfang bounded happily along the moor. He stoped and turned to look at Lionpaw. "What do you want to do first? Hunting or fighting?"

[Lynx]

Lionpaw followed Silverfang out. "Um, since the other's are going hunting I think we should train a bit!", he mewed. "Firenose showed me some moves, do you want to see them?"

[Wolvine]

"Alright! But let me warn you, I like to think things through so I might realize what your doing!" That fur-brain Firenose! I'll have to go easy...He turned to look at the apprentice. "Go on, give me what you got!"

[Lynx]

Lionpaw got into the hunter's crouch and prowled around Firenose. Then he make a move to the left, but jumped to the right istead and tried to claw the older cat's side with sheathed claws. At the same time he tried to bring him off balance with his hind legs.

[Raintalon]

OOC: Oohh, new idea for drama. Lionpaw admires firenose, and silver doesn't want Lionpaw to. Just a thought.

[Wolvine]

OOC: Firenose ish Silverfangs enemy xD

Silverfang raised a paw and lowered it under his belly. He could easily flip his paw and the apprentice would lose his own balance.

[Lynx]

Lionpaw saw his mentor raise a paw and made a special move. He pressed his forepaws to ther ground and jumped high and flipped backwards over Silverfang. He stretched his hind legs to claw Silverfangs side with sheathed claws.

[Wolvine]

Silverfang grinned, and as the apprentice began to kick his side, he rolled over. Hopefully his wheight wasn't so great as to crush the cat, but it would certanly shock him.

[Lynx]

Lionpaw lay on the ground, shocked. "How could you avoid this move? It was a bckflip! You couldn't possibly know what I was doing!", he mewed.

[Wolvine]

"If you begin to claw someones back, its easy enough for them to lose you. This realy only works in one-on-one combat becauyuse you expose your belly. You have to be very careful. Its risky." Silerfang got back on his feet and looked at the apprentice, amusement in his face.

[Lynx]

"I'm tired", he mewed. "Can we eat and go to sleep then?"

[Wolvine]

"Sure. Lets head back." Silverfang turned to go back to camp. This had been interesting. Firenose had taught Lionpaw something that was acctually useful.
