"You're just gonna let her leave?"Autumn said,surprised. "She's hurt too badly to be out like that!" She rushed forwards,towards Akuma. She laid her tail on Akuma's shoulders,feeling her tense at her touch. "You need to stay,at least until you're better."she growled firmly.

Akuma growled in annoyance. "Fine."she said bitterly. "I'll stay." She let Autumn help her limp back up to the others,her eyes blazing. She completely avoided Kraze's eyes,instead looking towards the sky.

"Yeah," Kraze replied to Autumn with a bitter tongue. "This is what...? The second time she's done this? Just watch, next time you ask her something she'll say no and claim you dragged her everywhere. I'm not going to deal with that every second. Besides, you are the ones who kept asking me why she was here, now you want to help?" Kraze wasn't a mean dog, but Akuma was annoying him, and a lot too.

Akuma bristled. "I can't help it if-"she cut herself off. She wasn't about to let them know. That secret could stay hidden.

"Help it if what? You're so stubborn and accept help? Or you're so scared that every wolf here is going to try and kill someone you know?" Kraze grunted. This wolf made him so.... angry. He just wanted to walk out of camp right now and go in the forest again... and think. And ponder. And have his time in the quiet.

Autumn looked at Kraze curiously. "What do you mean by that?" When she looked towards Akuma,she saw her visibly cringing.

Akuma felt pain streak across her face,but she tried to hide it by scowling. "Like I know anyone."she said,no trace of menace in her voice. She looked a hundred moons older than she actually was,her face twisted by pain and her eyes dull with memories.

"What do I mean? Well that she-wolf," he said gesturing to Akuma, "Was in a pack of her own. But her friend Tasmian or whatever it was went all crazy and killed her parents. He tried to kill her too, but some other wolf saved her and killed him. Then her pack disbanded and now she lives on other wolves land expecting they'll just let her stay there because she's too scared to have contact with other wolves. Like their all just going to jump up and start killing everyone randomly." Kraze looked over at Akuma, anger in his eyes. "Well, you're going to start knowing someone, it's hard not to. And when you do, then what? You're going to shy away every time someone looks at you? Or are you going to just run away? Hopefully it's the second option, because I don't want to live in a pack with a wolf that can't get a grip on her own life and forget about her stupid past." Kraze growled a little. He wasn't this mean, he was never this mean.

[Naruto]

Akuma felt tears sting her eyes. "His name was Tatsuko!"she snarled,her voice cold with hatred and anger. "He was my best friend.....but now I know that friends just hold you back. All they do is cause pain!" She left out another part;they always betray you. A tear rolled down her cheek,the only symbol of pain she allowed.

Autumn looked at Akuma with concern,then at Kraze. "I've never seen a wolf this torn up about her past.."she murmured thoughtfully.

"Yeah, pain and sorrow. I mean, a little pain there and a little sorrow there and being held back some.... hmphf, that's so worth leading a life of loneliness. That's perfect. Well, let me be the first to say that I'm not your friend." Kraze grunted. How could he ever be friends with that? "The only thing you've helped me with today is the knowledge to know just to throw the rogues out. If we have a war, we have a war. I'm leaving. I can't spend another minute with her. I'll see you guys later... maybe." He started on his way to the entrance. This day just sucked. It was supposed to be a nice one like all the others, and now look. He walked out of the entrance to the camp, to go out in the forest, and think.

Dairo tilted his head. He looked over to Akuma and then to Autumn. "I don't hold you guys back, right?"

[Naruto]

Akuma snarled miserably. "No,of course not." She didn't want to tell them that she'd been trying not to make bonds.

Autumn shook her head. "Of course not,Dairo!"

Dairo grinned at Autumn. "Okay, just checking," he replied to her. Well, that was good to know, that he wasn't making his friends lives miserable. He looked over at Akuma. "So what do we do now?"

[Naruto]

"How should I know?"Akuma replied,her voice returning to it's normal,emotionless tone.

[Wolvine]

Shiron had been listening to all that had happened, and felt the pain of his own past well up inside him. All he could think of was Stone, Stone, Stone...... He missed him almost as much as his own brother.

Akuma looked towards the sky again,and felt the urge to howl her grief to the night sky. Why,Tatsuko?

"Well, that's why you shouldn't answer if I ask," Dairo replied to akuma calmly. He looked over at Mud and Autumn. "Do we tell Flint? Or what?"

"Uh,I think we do. What if he wakes up and says"Oh,I smell a strange wolf in camp." I don't think he'd be too happy with us."Mud growled,lashing his tail.

"You're right.... so.. do we have to go?" Dairo said with a tilt of his head, "I don't really want to break this to Flint." He didn't want to talk to that wolf. He might attack them or something.

[Naruto]

"Well,he doesn't trust us already. We should all go."Autumn said quietly,stepping up. "Akuma should go to. You did say you're father was an alpha,right?"

Akuma nodded. "His name was Sayo."

"Oh fine," Dairo sighed. he hated serious things, but it seemed as if things were going to get serious. "I hope Flinter doesn't get all mad and bitey." He stood up and waited for the others to go forward.

Autumn stepped towards Flint's den,fear gripping her heart. But she couldn't stay scared of the wolf who'd killed her father forever,could she?
