Gathering pehpuhls

Redstar hopped onto low rock. "May all Shadowclan cats gather around. It's time for me to announce who'll be going to the gathering." Hopefully it won't be like the last one...Redstar thought, shuddering. He was fairly sure no one knew, but he had lost a life that night, and he didn't have many left to spare. Redstar sweeped his gaze over the Shadowclan camp.

Treepaw came out from the apprentices den and walked out into the clearing. He sat himself down and looked at Redstar, waiting for his announcement. Who would go this time?

Feralpelt stayed next to the freshkill pile and quickly finished her meal. This was important and she wasn't going to be caught eating through it all. When she was done she got up to a sitting position and waited for Redstar to speak.

Cloudfrost padded blindly over to the meeting place,being led by Lunarshine. His newly healed scars from the badger fight sliced through his thick fur.

Redstar coughed. "The cats going to the gathering include Coldstream, Lunarshine, Cloudfrost, Quickclaw, Poppyfur, Treepaw, Mintpaw, Sagepaw, Solarscar, and...Flameclaw." Finished, Redstar jumped off the rock and padded to the fresh-kill pile. It was pitifully low, but there were too many things on his mind to appraise everyone going. Redstar grabbed a small mouse and ate it slowly.

Solarscar was going to attend the gathering. Lets hope this onee goes better than the last. Is Redstar going to say anything about the missing warrior? Are all the clans missing cats? The tom shook his head to his leader, showing that he was greatful for being able to go to this gathering.

Lunarshine glanced at Cloudfrost uneasily. This would be his first Gathering as a warrior,but she knew he'd have trouble because of his blindness.

Cloudfrost felt waves of sympathy flooding off of Lunarshine's pelt,and he growled. "I don't need you're pity. I'll be fine."
