Saving Cinnamonkit! (Open)

[Snigger]

Mintpaw burst into the camp looking around for Goldenpaw. She had to hurry or Cinnamonkit may get farther away or decide to try to kill herself again. She meowed loudly, "Goldenpaw where are you? I need your help with something!" She didn't dare say that Cinnamonkit was trying to kill herself. If she did the other cats might think differently of Cinnamonkit. She looked around some more but she still didn't see him anywhere.

Goldenpaw bounded to his clanmate. "What is it? By the way, have you seen Cinnamonkit? I can't find here anywhere in camp." he asked. His paws kneaded the heather camp clearing.

[Snigger]

Mintpaw glanced around quickly before whispering, "I know where Cinnamonkit is but there's a slight problem. I'll take you to her but whatever you do don't upset her. If you do it may end up costing her with her life."

OOC: Also does anyone else need to go help save Cinnamonkit or is Goldenpaw the only one?

Braveclaw limped up to the apprentices. "I'll go. Cinnamonkit needs to be returned here,"the elderly cat growled,his scarred muzzle pulling back to show yellowed teeth. Now I'll do something to help my Clanmates again. the elder thought,his claws gleaming.

[Snigger]

Mintpaw glanced at the elder and quickly at his claws. He must think there's a fight but the biggest challenge will be to talk Cinnamonkit from killing herself. Will it be okay to bring him along?

[Naruto]

"You youngsters think that an old cat can't take care of himself?"Braveclaw asked in a low voice. "I've seen my share of danger,and talked many 'a warrior out of unnecessary fights."

[Snigger]

Mintpaw said even lower, "There isn't exactly a fight, just a very confuzed kit." Not even an elder could image a cat wanting to kill itself!

[Naruto]

"I'll handle it."Braveclaw growled. "I need to be of at least some use to WindClan,seeing as the other elders are dead." Sorrow reflected in the old cat's eyes but he blinked it away.

[Goldenstorm]

"Okay, let's go. There's no time to loose, and if by what your saying is true, then we need all the time we can get." he sped off onto the moor, not waiting for Mintpaw to show him the way. He picked up Cinnamonkit's sent and rushed to where it was freshest. "She went this way, it's not on anyone's territory. Why would she go here?" he mewed to Mintpaw, she knew the most of this situation.

[Naruto]

Braveclaw ran after the apprentice,his hobbling steps slower than the younger cat's confident gallop.

[Goldenstorm]

"Any ideas Braveclaw?" he saw the elderly tom panting and started to wonder if he really belonged on this small search party. He was brave, but not nearly as fast as him or Mintpaw, he was slowing them down.

[Naruto]

"I think that Cinnamonkit would have gone someplace where she could easily hide,or even go across the DarkClan border."Braveclaw rasped,his tabby sides heaving.

[Goldenstorm]

"Well DarkClan is this direction, but off to the east, she went Northwest. So she probably did what you said before. Let's see if we can sniff out her trail. Mintpaw, is there something that happened that might help us find her?"

OOC: What the crap? XD The kit is going to kill itself? You know, being the only kit in WindClan and without a mother, you'd think she would be better watched! Geez, you WindClan cats are pathetic. XD

ooc:Thats true but she got messed up on the head she will be ok but not for awhile.

OOC: The only one to follow her at first was Mintpaw, an apprentice who only joined WindClan a little while ago. Now the party is another apprentice and an elder.

Mintpaw had been quiet the entire run. She had been thinking but knew before she took the others to Cinnamonkit they needed to know the full story. She turned around meowing, "I said I needed help saving Cinnamonkit, but not from any other animals or cats. The problem is. . ." Mintpaw paused and worried. How will these two cats react? They may charge forward withouht any hesitation? That could end this whole thing in disaster. No, I have to tell them. She continued, "The truth is that Cinnamonkit is very mad at the world. She's been trying to kill herself." Mintpaw braced for what would happen next.

[Naruto]

Braveclaw stopped,panting. "Really? Never heard of a kit trying to kill herself."he rasped,tabby sides heaving as he fought for breath. "But we have to save her. She's the only kit we have now."

[Snigger]

Mintpaw nodded and glanced over at Goldenpaw. She waited for his reaction hoping he wouldn be rational.

Goldenpaw's neck fur was bristling. He knew he shouldn't, but Cinnamonkit was old enough to be an apprentice, he loved her. "How could she do such a thing! Cinnamonkit knows that I also don't have parents. How could she be so mouse-brained! She knows I care about her!" he shrunk back when he accidently blurted that out. His pelt that was bristling with fury and fear, smoothed immediatly and he lay on his belly, wishing that these cats couldn't see him. Their secret was out.
